Trans people (especially trans women of color), are some of the most at risk in the world, due to violence, as well as self harm at the hands of isolation, abuse, and feeling misunderstood and invisible in a world that thinks we are freaks. You can help, every day, by standing up for your trans friends, respecting our pronouns, when we’re there and when we’re not in the room, and by making it known that you will protect our right to exist. 🖤
